STARGRASS MEADOW STABLES

Northeast Tennessee has a deep-rooted history with horses. Daniel Boone left his lame horse Old Roan in a nearby lush valley only to return two years later to find him healthy and nourished. The stream through the valley at RedTail Mountain is known to this day as Roan Creek. RedTail Mountain honors the equestrian legacy of the Stables. This on-site facility features stalls and boarding stables, as well as acres of paddocks and miles of mountain trails in a breathtaking natural setting.
