As Spring comes to RedTail Mountain, we are celebrating a renewed energy as we look to a great 2007.

We're finalizing plans on the Lodge and Lodge suites, making these rental-capable, fully-furnished condominiums available to our closest friends starting this spring.

We've made a few revisions to our Hawthorne Landing community so now you can enjoy a few larger homesites to truly take advantage of the expansive views and space that is so ideal in this mountain community. And the Thistlewood Trail community offering has gone well, with a few remaining homesites; remember these homesites start from $100,000.

To really kick off the spring season, the developer has approved an incentive for homesite purchasers. We are able to offer this incentive for a limited time, so we want to make sure you have all the information required to take advantage of this opportunity.

Finally, we're introducing RedTail Mountain Getaway this spring.
